Services are for unincorporated Clayton County and do not include areas inside city limits.
On July 5, 2014, the Clayton County Board of Commissioners approved a Resolution to call an election of the voters of Clayton County to approve the levy of a retail sales and use tax at the rate of one percent for Rapid Transit purposes. Also, approved was a Rapid Transit Contract between Clayton County and the Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority (MARTA) to provide the Rapid Transit System. The vote will occur on November 4, 2014.
